My Passion

Real Estate has always been my passion.  I have always wanted to take a distressed home and renovate it back to its original new ambience.  Doing this brought pleasure and allowed me to become creative in my designs and to make a difference in a home or neighborhood.  In a world full of indifference, criticism, and name blame, I was doing something constructive and getting recognition for it.  In addition, I was learning how to repair, renovate, and resell the properties I purchased.

After owning properties in 4 states, I decided to share some of the experience I had gained in the real estate industry.  By working with buyers and sellers, I could offer advise on home prices, research, negotiating and place them in a better position to make a good decision for their families.

In doing business with the public I have always had a high standard of service and placed my clients needs as important as my own.  My goal was client satisfaction what ever the cost.  This ment spending weekends, working after normal business hours, and most importantly constant communication with my clients to keep them aware of the changes in the market.
